Today at 11am, my father and mother went to visit Dodge Stadium (they are on vacation in California). My father was so excited to be there and proceeded to take out his phone to take a picture of the stadium to show me, his daughter who loves baseball and has never been to the stadium or California for that matter and because I am a school teacher I was unable to accompany them on this trip. Well, at that time a security guard came out from the main gate area and started SCREAMING at them and verbally abusing them. They stated that they were tourists and just wanted to take a picture to show their daughter. She stated that (sorry for the language) she didn't fucking care who they were or what they were doing but that they couldn't take a picture of the stadium. She told them they should leave. I am not sure what the rules are, but that is now way to talk to anyone. My poor father had tears in his eyes as he told me this story via FaceTime call. He and my mother said they were embarrassed and couldn't believe that this was happening. May I remind you, Dodgers, that taxpayers paid for your stadium. And hard working Americans like my parents are what keeps your business going and provides you with a paycheck. This is a disgrace and I will be sure to post this on every social media account that I have. I think the security guard that was working the main gate at 11am today should be fired and taught that you do not speak to people in hat disgusting and low class manner. If it matter, I believe she acted this way because my parents are Hispanic..so should I assume the Dodgers are a racist organization?!?
P.S. We are from NY and LOVE Joe Torre but we are so disgusted with this situation!!
